What RADAR fetches

Everything on this page is generated from the live source list on every run.
RADAR is an autonomous change monitor.
It fetches a fixed list of public pages and feeds on a schedule, hashes what it gets, and only looks harder when the hash moves. It does not crawl links, it does not follow sitemaps, it does not index, and it never fetches anything that is not on the list below.

HOW IT IDENTIFIES ITSELF

Use that string in a User-agent: rule to address RADAR specifically. It is sent on every request, including the robots.txt request itself.

An unchanged page costs one conditional-shaped GET and nothing else: the content hash is compared, and if it has not moved the run stops there for that source. There is no retry storm — a failed fetch is recorded and waits for the next scheduled run.

ROBOTS.TXT

RADAR reads /robots.txt before every fetch and obeys it. Only groups that apply to RADAR are considered — User-agent: * and any group naming the agent above; a Disallow under some other crawler's name is not treated as addressed to RADAR. A disallowed URL is not fetched, and the refusal is recorded against that source on the dashboard rather than silently skipped.

Two sources have already been dropped for exactly this reason: one host returns 403 to this agent, and RADAR does not disguise itself to get past a refusal.

REMOVAL, AND CONTACT

To stop RADAR fetching your site, either works:

1. robots.txt. Add a rule for the agent above, or for *. It takes effect on the next run — within six hours — with no reply needed from anyone.

2. Ask. Email radar@send.trulysovereign.ai with the URL. The source is removed from the list, and the removal is not negotiated — there is no appeal step, because the answer is always yes.

Removing a source deletes it from the fetch list. Snapshots already taken stay in the database as the record of what was published and when; say so in the email if you want those deleted too.
